Upon arrival at Yogyakarta International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and begin your journey to the cultural heart of Java. Enjoy a scenic transfer of approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes toward Yogyakarta, passing through local landscapes and rural surroundings.
Upon arrival in the city, check in to your hotel and take the afternoon at leisure to rest and unwind after your journey.
In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at the hotel, marking the beginning of your Java adventure. Afterwards, relax and rest in preparation for the experiences ahead.
Ancient Temples & Community Connection in Yogyakarta
Begin your morning with breakfast at the hotel before setting out for a full-day cultural journey around Yogyakarta.
Your first stop is the magnificent Borobudur Temple, where you will explore the world’s largest Buddhist temple and admire its intricate stone carvings and spiritual atmosphere.
Lunch will be at a local restaurant at your own arrangement, before continuing your journey toward a meaningful community visit at a Rumah Baca (reading community) in Yogyakarta. Here, you will meet the local team supporting children’s literacy in underprivileged areas, with an opportunity to contribute book donations.
In the afternoon, proceed to the iconic Prambanan Temple, where you will explore the stunning Hindu temple complex surrounded by rich history and cultural heritage.
Return to the hotel in the evening. Dinner will be at your own arrangement, followed by rest.
Royal Solo Heritage & Cultural Immersion
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and continue your journey to Solo, a city rich in Javanese royal heritage. Upon arrival, explore the elegant Pura Mangkunegaran, where you will discover the history and legacy of the Mangkunegaran royal house. Continue to the iconic Keraton Surakarta Hadiningrat, the heart of Solo’s royal culture and traditions.
Lunch will be at a local restaurant at your own arrangement before transferring to your hotel for check-in and a short rest.
In the afternoon, visit a local sanggar (cultural studio), where you will meet cultural guardians and learn to play traditional gamelan instruments, gaining deeper insight into Solo’s artistic heritage.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up for a half-day excursion and transferred to a local village in Solo, approximately 30 minutes away.
Upon arrival, enjoy a cycling or walking tour experience through the village, where you will meet local residents and gain insight into their daily life. Visit a UMKM workshop producing traditional gamelan instruments, explore villagers’ gardens, and pick fresh vegetables and spices directly from the source. Continue with a hands-on cooking experience at a traditional local home, prepared together with the community.
The experience concludes with a shared lunch alongside the local people, offering a warm and authentic cultural exchange.
In the afternoon, transfer back to the hotel and enjoy free time to rest and relax at your own pace. Dinner will be at your own arrangement, followed by a restful evening.
Scenic Train Journey to Malang
Start your morning with breakfast at the hotel before checking out and transferring to Solo Train Station for your onward journey.
Board the train from Solo to Malang, enjoying a scenic approximately 6-hour ride across Central and East Java. Lunch will be at your own arrangement onboard, while taking in the changing landscapes along the way. Guests are welcome to bring small gifts from home to share with local people they may meet during the train journey.
Upon arrival in Malang, you will be greeted at the train station and transferred to your hotel. Transportation will be arranged using an Innova Reborn or Hiace, including parking fees, with a tour guide assisting for transfer coordination only.
After check-in, enjoy the rest of the day at leisure to relax after your journey.

Begin your morning with breakfast at the hotel and enjoy a relaxed free time before starting your nature journey.
You will then be picked up and transferred to Poncokusumo Village, where a meaningful forest bathing and trekking experience awaits. Begin with a warm welcome and traditional drink at a Javanese pavilion, followed by a guided trek through pine forests toward a serene lake. Along the way, take time for meditation, tree hugging, and moments of calm connection with nature. Upon arrival at the lake, you may relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings before trekking back to the pavilion for a local lunch and traditional herbal tea ceremony.
As part of your visit, you will also take part in a tree adoption activity to support local environmental conservation efforts.
