About the Services

Sejiva specializes in curating travel experiences for individuals, groups, and corporate or institutional clients. We bring together key tourism services—including transport, stays, guided activities, and unique venues—to deliver exceptional, meaningful journeys. Our goal is to ensure outstanding service, memorable experiences, and sustainable positive contributions to every place we visit.

User Responsibilities

  1. You must be 18 years or older to use our services. If you’re under 18, a parent, guardian, or school representative must complete the booking on your behalf.
  2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services, especially during the booking process.
  3. You are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential and for restricting access. Any activity conducted through your account is your full responsibility.

Booking and Payment

  1. By using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, etc.).
  2. Prices listed on our platform or website are subject to change at any time until the payment process is completed.
  3. Payments are securely processed through a third-party payment gateway (Xendit.co) or via bank transfer. We also accept standard bank transfers and other payment methods, including credit cards, as listed on the payment link.
  4. Once confirmed, all services require a deposit payment of approximately 20-30%, depending on the selected product, to proceed with the booking.

Cancellation

  1. Changes Requested by You: Sejiva is unable to accommodate changes to the itinerary during the trip. We advise you to choose a “Private Tour” for more flexibility in customizing the schedule based on your preferences.

  2. Changes Made by Us: We aim to provide our guests with a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. However, in exceptional cases where circumstances require us to modify the itinerary, we will promptly notify you of any necessary changes, such as flight schedule adjustments or changes to departure points. We prioritize your comfort and will do everything we can to ensure minimal disruption. If significant changes are made, you will have the right to request a refund, in accordance with our policy. Our team will be at your service to assist you throughout the process.

  3. If You Decide to Cancel: please notify us in writing via email as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed based on the following conditions:

    – 40+ days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable.
    – 10-40 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
    – Less than 9 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

  4. If We Have To Cancel: we sincerely apologize as this may be due to operational reasons such as not meeting the minimum number of participants for the trip or other circumstances that prevent us from proceeding. If a cancellation occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible before the scheduled departure. We will make every effort to find a suitable alternative, and if no alternative is available, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid. In rare cases, cancellations may also occur due to war, political instability, extreme weather, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

  5. Force majeure: While we always strive to ensure a smooth travel experience, in rare cases of force majeure—such as war, political instability, terrorism, pandemics, extreme weather, or strikes—unforeseen disruptions may occur. In such situations, your safety remains our top priority. However, Sejiva is not responsible for delays, modifications, or cancellations and cannot provide refunds for non-refundable expenses such as flights, visas, or personal travel costs.

Limitation of Liability

Sejiva is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We highly advise travelers to secure comprehensive travel and health insurance for proper protection.

All content and materials available on our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio, and software, are the property of Sejiva or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
