Afterwards, you will board a boat heading to the Lamandau Nature Reserve to plant several trees, a tangible expression of your support for the Orangutans and their forest neighbors who live in this region. In the afternoon, the traditional Klotok boat awaits to take you on a journey to explore and enjoy the magnificent beauty of the Tanjung Puting rainforest.

Good morning from the Sekonyer River!
This morning, after breakfast, you will take a moment to learn about the rich flora and fauna of Tanjung Puting National Park. This essential briefing ensures you can personally recognize the plants and animals you will encounter later in the day, deepening your connection to the ecosystem. Following the session, we will begin our jungle trek. You will venture into the heart of the forest, their natural home, to observe the Orangutans. Along the way, you'll witness the daily life of the Orangutans, Proboscis Monkeys, diverse bird species, and a remarkable variety of tropical vegetation.

Day Three in Tanjung Puting!
From the Klotok boat, in the morning if you are lucky, you might spot various wildlife inhabiting the banks of the Sekonyer River, such as Crocodiles, several types of Snakes, and various birds flying overhead. Today, you will visit the Tanjung Harapan and Pondok Tanggui feeding stations. Here, you will have a crucial opportunity to observe the Orangutans during their feeding hours. Please ensure you maintain a safe distance from the Orangutans at all times. In the late afternoon, you will get a glimpse into the daily life of the local community in Tanjung Harapan Village before returning to the Klotok boat for the evening.

This morning, after breakfast, your journey will continue back towards Pangkalan Bun.
