Hello, Sejiva Friends! Welcome to your Sejiva journey with Alitra. This morning, you will gather at Cilandak Town Square at 08:00 AM to depart for Cibodas (estimated travel time 2 hours 15 minutes).

Upon arrival at the accommodation, enjoy a welcome drink and a warm greeting from the Alitra Team, then immediately dive into the EarthCraft Workshop: Ecoprint Experience, where you will create art using natural materials and discover the beauty in every leaf impression.

After lunch and free time, continue with the "Me Time" Session: Silent Reading, a quiet moment to immerse yourself in stillness and enjoy time with yourself.

Towards the late afternoon, you will check into your room and enjoy the cool air before starting the Reflective Outlining Session – Part 1 & 2, a writing and reflection session that invites you to trace your thoughts and find inner peace until night falls.

This morning, you can start with a Morning Yoga Session to refresh your body and mind, followed by free time to enjoy the morning as you choose. After breakfast at the hotel, continue with the Morning Writing Session – Part 1, a moment to write and express ideas as well as self-reflection.

After lunch, the writing session continues with Writing Session – Part 2, where you can deepen your thoughts and experiences. In the late afternoon, enjoy free time while attending the EarthCraft Workshop: Nature Print, an opportunity to create with natural materials and find inspiration from the surrounding environment.

After dinner at the hotel, continue with the Evening Writing Discussion Session, sharing experiences and insights from the writing sessions, before finally enjoying free time to rest and unwind for the night.

This morning, you can start with a Morning Harmony Walk, a relaxing stroll to welcome the day and enjoy the tranquility of nature before having breakfast at the hotel. Following that, join the Group Discussion & Feedback Session, an opportunity to share experiences, insights, and reflections from this entire retreat journey.

Toward noon, enjoy lunch at the hotel before checking out and preparing for the transfer back to the meeting point at Cilandak Town Square, with an estimated travel time of about 2 hours 15 minutes, carrying meaningful memories and experiences from the Sejiva Retreat.
