If you haven’t found the perfect trip yet, feel free to reach out via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll assist you with the booking process. Once your details are confirmed, we will send you a payment link for the deposit (30% of the total price) to secure your reservation.

After your 30% down payment is confirmed, we’ll take care of all the trip arrangements and send you a confirmation with detailed information. Our team will remind you about the remaining 70% payment, which must be completed at least 40 days before departure. As your travel date approaches, we’ll send you a comprehensive guide containing all the necessary details.

Absolutely! You can make payments via national or international bank transfer, or we will provide a secure payment link through our third-party payment partners, Xendit.co or Wise.com.

Xendit is a certified payment gateway regulated by Indonesia’s Financial Authority (OJK), ensuring your data is protected, including financial details, personal records, and transaction history.

At Sejiva, we strive to deliver the best experience. However, if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond our control, we reserve the right to make minor itinerary adjustments. For major changes, such as flight schedule shifts or departure point modifications, we will inform you promptly, and you may be eligible for a refund.

If we need to cancel a trip due to operational issues, an insufficient number of participants, or other unavoidable reasons, we will notify you at least one month before departure. If no suitable alternative is available, we will issue a 100% refund. In rare cases of force majeure—such as war, civil unrest, extreme weather, pandemics, or political instability—we may be forced to cancel a trip.

If you need to cancel your trip, please send us a written request via email. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

  • 40+ days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable.
  • 10-40 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
  • Less than 9 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

Refunds will be processed based on the date we receive your written cancellation request.
