payment & cancellation policy for open trips
trip payment terms
Your reservation is confirmed once you have made a 30% down payment of the total booking amount. Sejiva will issue and send a receipt for the down payment. Please note that this 30% down payment is non-refundable.
The remaining 70% of the payment must be paid no later than 40 days before the departure date. Once the full payment is received, Sejiva will issue and send a confirmation receipt for your booking.
flight payment terms
Your reservation is confirmed once full payment (100% of the total ticket price) has been made. Sejiva will issue and send your flight ticket upon receiving the payment. Please note that full payment for flights is non-refundable.
cancellation
IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, please notify us in writing via email as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed based on the following conditions:
- 40+ days before departure: Down payment is non-refundable.
- 10-40 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- Less than 9 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
IF WE HAVE TO CANCEL, we sincerely apologize as this may be due to operational reasons such as not meeting the minimum number of participants for the trip or other circumstances that prevent us from proceeding. If a cancellation occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible before the scheduled departure. We will make every effort to find a suitable alternative, and if no alternative is available, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid. In rare cases, cancellations may also occur due to war, political instability, extreme weather, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

While we always strive to ensure a smooth travel experience, in rare cases of force majeure—such as war, political instability, terrorism, pandemics, extreme weather, or strikes—unforeseen disruptions may occur. In such situations, your safety remains our top priority. However, Sejiva is not responsible for delays, modifications, or cancellations and cannot provide refunds for non-refundable expenses such as flights, visas, or personal travel costs.

Sejiva is unable to accommodate changes to the itinerary during the trip. We advise you to choose a “Private Tour” for more flexibility in customizing the schedule based on your preferences.
private trip
You can make changes to the itinerary as long as possible, and we will adjust it based on the situation and conditions. Please note that itinerary changes may result in unexpected additional costs.
changes made by us
We aim to provide our guests with a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. However, in exceptional cases where circumstances require us to modify the itinerary, we will promptly notify you of any necessary changes, such as flight schedule adjustments or changes to departure points. We prioritize your comfort and will do everything we can to ensure minimal disruption. If significant changes are made, you will have the right to request a refund, in accordance with our policy. Our team will be at your service to assist you throughout the process.
